Holiday Alert
Welcome to the Maryland Division of
Unemployment Insurance. Our main offices and claim centers will be
closed on Friday, June 18, 2021, in observance of the holiday. However,
our call center will remain open to take calls during their normal hours
of 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Friday; from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on
Saturday; and from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday.
Please note that due to the holiday and bank
closures, weekly requests for payment via direct deposit or paper check
filed on Friday, June 18, may be delayed. The length of a delay may vary
depending on the claimant's banking institution or postal delivery
times.
